• Does not operate a FormM8 backend or cloud database
• Does not send captured forms or workflow data to us
• Does not include advertising or advertising trackers
• Does not include product analytics or behavioural telemetry
• Does not sell, rent or commercially disclose user data
• Does not automatically submit forms
• Does not collect or reconstruct browsing history
• Stores extension data in Chrome’s local extension storage
• Creates encrypted backup files only when requested by the user

FormM8 necessarily handles form content because capturing and replaying form values is its primary user-facing function. That content remains on the user’s device unless the user independently exports, moves or shares it.
