AgentM8 is a local-first text expansion, snippet, clipboard-history, and document workspace. Its core features operate on your device.

• AgentM8 does not require or create an account.
• AgentM8 does not operate a backend or remote synchronization service.
• AgentM8 does not send your snippets, documents, clipboard history, browsing activity, or usage statistics to us.
• AgentM8 does not use advertising, analytics, tracking pixels, or telemetry.
• AgentM8 does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise monetize personal information.
• AgentM8 does not use your information for credit decisions or transfer it to data brokers.

Information you save is stored in Chrome's local extension storage. It remains under your control unless you choose to copy it, insert it into a webpage, export it, or otherwise share it.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to the AgentM8 Chrome extension and the local features included with it. It does not govern websites into which you choose to insert AgentM8 content, files after you export them, Chrome or Google services, or third-party websites and links. Those third parties process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

3. Information AgentM8 handles

• snippets, prompt templates, triggers, titles, folders, tags, favourites, and reusable values;
• fill-in field names, default values, choices, and template content;
• plain text and rich-text formatting, including links and images embedded in a rich snippet;
